    Our artists have experience at every kind of event and we are here to help.

    We know how important your event is, so please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions you may have. In the meantime, you can read through some of our most popular queries below.

    Do you have a cancellation policy?

    We do! All our deposits are non-refundable. Cancelations made more than 14 days prior will receive a full refund of the remaining balance. However, with cancellations made less than 14 days before the original date of the event, only 50% of the remaining balance will be refunded. 

    What’s your COVD policy?

    We still have a non-refundable deposit. However, cancellations can be made at any stage leading up to the event. You’ll then be given the option of a full refund of the remaining balance or to reschedule the event to another date. 

    How much do I pay and when?

    A small deposit is required upfront and the remaining amount is due 2 weeks before the date of your event.

    Do our artists travel?

    Of course! Our artists love to travel! Keep in mind on the location as we do charge extra to cover the cost of transportation and accommodation for all artist(s) and band members.

    Do you play corporate events?

    Absolutely! All our artists are experienced in a wide variety of events.

    Can I choose the music?

    All our artists have a solid repertoire of songs, but we’ll find the perfect artist(s) to match your music preferences.

    Does the artist(s) provide a sound system?

    They sure do! They can also play recorded music during their set breaks.

    Can we use your sound equipment for speeches?

    We’re happy to liaise this with the artist(s).

    What does the artist(s) require on the night?

    Electrical power, room to suit the size of the artist(s) / band (we do not require a stage), and a meal for the artist(s) if catering is provided for the guests.

    Do you play at same-sex weddings?

    Absolutely! We play at all weddings and love celebrating love! Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.
